Last updated 19 May 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Discovry you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials.

Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter binding agreements on behalf of any organisation you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share login credentials with anyone outside your organisation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we believe are being accessed by unauthorised parties.

Subscription & billing

Discovry is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Permitted use

You may use Discovry solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not: use the service to publish content that is false, defamatory, or in violation of any third-party rights; attempt to circumvent Google's terms of service; reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform; or resell or sublicense access to the service.

Google integration

Discovry integrates with Google Business Profile via Google's official APIs. Your use of those features is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and API policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Changes to Google's APIs or policies may affect feature availability; we will not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant Discovry a limited licence to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. We retain all rights in the Discovry platform, software, and brand.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discovry is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination to allow for reinstatement, after which it will be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
