Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and company details when you sign up or join the waitlist. When you use Discovry, we also collect usage data (features used, session length, error events) and technical data (IP address, browser type, device type) to operate and improve the service.

We connect to your Google Business Profile accounts only with your explicit authorisation via Google OAuth. We store only the data needed to perform the automations you have configured — we do not sell or share it.

How we use your data

Your data is used to: provide and operate Discovry; send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, billing receipts); send product updates you have opted in to; diagnose errors and improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. AI features are powered by our own model calls; your content is not retained by our AI providers beyond the immediate inference request.

Cookies & tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We use first-party analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — this data is not shared with advertising networks. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.

Data sharing

We share data with sub-processors who help us deliver the service: hosting (AWS), transactional email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and error monitoring (Sentry). All sub-processors are contractually required to protect your data.

We do not sell your data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account data for the life of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, to allow for reinstatement. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@discovry.live. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or erase your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@discovry.live with "Data Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
